You can easily check the status of your student’s SEBT application using the tool below. Just enter the information of the person that submitted the form (not the student) to lookup applications submitted by that person.

Appeal an "Ineligible" Application

If your student’s application was denied, or ineligible, you can submit an appeal directly to Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Download the form below and follow the instructions provided to submit the appeal.
