Submit an AG Misfortune Form
If you encounter food loss due to a misfortune (power outage, storm damage, etc), you can submit an AG Misfortune form. This form must be completed within 10 days of the food loss.

If the child attends a school on the National School Lunch Program, households should reach out to the child’s school first to discuss free or reduced-price meal eligibility questions.
