Families are strongly encouraged to update their mailing address with SNAP, Medicaid, and the school your child attends in preparation for the 2025 SEBT benefit.

The address on file will be used for the delivery of benefit notices.

Submit an AG Misfortune Form

If you encounter food loss due to a misfortune (power outage, storm damage, etc), you can submit an AG Misfortune form. This form must be completed within 10 days of the food loss.
