Apply For 2026 Summer EBT Benefits
Complete and submit the form below to apply each student for Summer EBT benefits.
Important:
- To use this application the student(s) must have attended a school participating in the National School Lunch Program in school year 2025-2026.
- Do not fill out an application if your student has been (as of July 1, 2025) or is currently on SNAP, OWF, Medicaid and the household income would qualify the student for free or reduced-price meals, the student is already approved for free or reduced price meals in the 2025-2026 school year, or the student is homeschooled or is a fully virtual student.
- This application is only for Summer EBT and is not an application for free or reduced school meals.
- Your child is not eligible to get S-EBT benefits of more than $120 and you may not receive S-EBT benefits for your child from more than one state. You are only allowed to use the S-EBT benefits from the state where your children completed their school year prior to the summer period. If you believe you have received duplicate benefits, please contact 1-866-244-0071 Option 1. You may be asked to destroy the S-EBT card with the duplicate benefits. There are no circumstances which allow you to use two separate S-EBT benefits issued for the same child and consequences may apply if you knowingly use duplicate benefits.
